God's Word, Our Meditation
"I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You. I meditate on Your precepts and consider Your ways." Psalm 119:11,15 (NIV)

Laughter is Good for the Heart

About the Author
Idong (I.D.) Ekandem
Stone Mountain, GA - USA
Wife, Missionary and Christian Writer
I love Jesus! With a bi-vocational call to missions and Christian writing, I desire to use my talents first for God's glory and then to bless His people.
My passion for storytelling goes as far back as my first day in 2nd grade, when I stood in front of the whole class and made up a story on the spot. A few minutes later, the whole class was bending over and gasping for air. I couldn't tell if my impromptu narrative had tickled their funny bones or inflicted that much pain on them. Anyway, since then my teacher always called on me to entertain the class at the end of last period.
As a child, I had a very active imagination (I want to believe that I still do). Stories were constantly being created in my head. It wasn't until a few years later that I discovered creative writing as an outlet for all those stories.
